Monday April 14th, 1930.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday April l4th,
1930, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said Board, Messrs,
Edmondson, Peelle and Dye being present . The following proceed-
ings. were had, to-wit :
The :Minutes of the preceeding meeting were read & approved;. •
The Board unanimously adopted Improve-.ient Resolution No. 910-1930IlL
for the improvement of Charles Avenue ( Now Southwest 15th Street)
by constructing cement curb & gutter (standard width) cement x±daxalk
sidewalks 5 ' wide on both sides of said street, grading & paving
the roadway with one -of the following kinds of materials', towit :
Reinforced Concrete, Sheet Asphalt, Rock Asphalt or Bituminous Re-
tread Macadam, from National Road to West Main Street, also, making
all private connections to inside the curb of Sewer, Water, Gas,
etc. , .where not already made .
