Several properties have been of- fered to the City for this purpose, a part of which are not properly located, and others are prohibitive in price. After giving consider- ation to all of these proposed sites and after -giving the matter -/ thorough consideration, we recommend that the City build a building at the west end of the present warehouse building on the ground of • the municipal Electric Light & Power Plant. We believe there is suf- ficient ground for that wrupose, and is __centrally located and a Guild ing could be erected and maintained at this location at 'less expense that at any other location. We, therefore, recommend that proper steps be taken for the construction of a garage building for Street Department on the ground of the City at west end of present warehouse building near the Electric Light Plant . , by Schnieder, Harry H' ; T a" s Committee. `.].g"ilea.
