The Board of Public r'dork_s of the City of Richmond, Indiana, beet
in regular session at the office of said Board Friday April 4th
1950, at 9 o'clock A.m. All the members of sai c+ Board, rlessrs,
Edmondson, Peelle and Dye, being present . The following proceed-
ings were had, to-wit :
The :Minutes cf the preceeding meeting were read & approved.
The - Board approved the _ contract & oond of Lee Ridgeway contract-
or under Improvement Resolution No, 906-1950.
The Board ::met to hear remonstrances if any of persons whose
property is primarily assessed under Declaratory1 Resolution No.

Vs. Liberty Light & Power 0o. , to reb_t ce electric rates, by the
Public Service Commission of Indiana, to be held in the City Hall
at Richmond, Ind. , April 16th, at 10 -o 'clock A. A.
Upon recommendation of JJ. C.r.ess Sup 't . , Light Plant', the Board
order Arc Light installed at Southwest 5th & " " Street .
The - Board awarded contract to International Harvester Co. , for.
Auto Truck Chassis for use of Light Plant, at price named in bid
received march 28th, 1950, at price of 41025. 00 net.
The Board received recommendation of City Plan Commission in mat-
ter of improving Parry Street from South 9th to 15th Street,
':which was taken u?icier advisement for further information of the
Lilly Engineer.
The Clerk was directed to request the C.(31. , Ry. Co. , to remove
the old onilding from the corner of North : II C'' Streets. •

Payrolls to April 1st, were allowed.
