Monday March 31st, 1930.
The Board of Puolic Works of the City of Richmond, Inaiana, met in
regular session at the office of said Board Monday March 31st, 1930,
at 5 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said Board, eessrs, Edmondson,
Pe1le and Dye being present . The following proceedings were had,

to-wit :

the grades at North 12th or 13th Streets.
The Clerk was directed to request fir. G. Jei yshire Sup 't . , of the
li. & 0. Hy. Co. , to meet with them at their next meeting Friday April
-i-th, 1930, or have s0me one to represent the railroad company, es
to the manner in which they have closed North 2nd Street, and by
what auth0rity such actions have been taken.
The Board signed contract for renewal of contract heretofore entered
into, with the T.H. I . & E. Traction Co . , 7:hereby the IA..E.L. L P .P.
are to furnish electric energy for said company for a period r1 u(� O f six

a oetiGion with the Public Service Commission of Indiana, for the
renoval or extension of said contract .
The Board signed_ cOntract for services as a Consulting Engineer with
R. Busselman of Cleveland, Ohio. , fol. iaivesti 'at fun and report of
conditions at the funicipal Electric LiEhtinc: & Power Plant as to
future needs eta. , at said plant at y 5.00 per day and expenses and
not to exceed ins total expense of wl, 000. D0 for services and ex-

penses.
Claims in amount of 414, 887.19 were allowed & ordered paid. . •
The Board then adjourned,
