AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE COMPENSATION
OF THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED SY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
sec. I That Section 2-20 of Chapter 2(a) of the Plainfield
Code of ordinances is hereby repealed in its
entirety and shall be replaced by the following as
- set forth in Section II.
Sec. II The annual salary of the Village President shall be
THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ($3,60Q.00) DOLLARS AND
NO CENTS, payable annually on the first Monday of
May in each year.
This Ordinance shall be effective on its passage,
approval and publication in pamphlet form; but said increase
shall .not take effect during the term of said elected
official in accordance with the Illinois Constitution and
Statutes governing same.
This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 120.1
