Monday:_;February 3rd, 1930.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday February
3rd 1930, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said Board Messrs,-
Edmondson, Peelle and Dye being present, the following proceed-
ings were had, to-wit .
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Permission was granted the Advance Co. , to place a benzine tank
under ground between the walk & curb at 610 North 8th Street,
Advance Co. , to' get permit at the City Engineers office .
Gla.ims in amount of 4124. 03 were allowed and ordered paid.
The Board then adjourned,

Pursuant to notice given, the Board of Public Works met in
special session Monday February 3rd, 1930 at 2 o.'clock P.M.
all the ,members of said Board being present, the following pro-
ceeings were had, to-wit :
The Board met to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected in matter of proposed renting of the Bethard Garage
at 110 West ia.in Street, by the City for use of the Street •
Department egaipment,. after hearing all persons interested who
appeared, the. Board take the matter under advisement .
The Board Shen adjourned,
