Shall the Town of Brewster be allowed to exempt from the provisions of Proposi-
tion two and one-half, so- called , the amounts required to pay for the bond issued
in order to develop recreational fields on Town owned land off of Freemans Way
as outlined in Article 39 of the 1991 Annual Town Meeting ?

Shall the Town of Brewster be allowed to assess an additional $ 100 , 000 in the
real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of replacing portions of
the roof of the Elementary School building for the fiscal year beginning July first ,
nineteen hundred and ninety-two as outlined in Article 27 of the 1991 Annual Town
Meeting ?
Article 27 of the 1991 Annual Town Meeting was voted to transfer the sum of
$ 100 , 000 . 00 from the Stabilization Fund for this purpose .

Should central concrete or metal barriers , such as Jersey barriers , be placed down
the center line of Route 6 from Dennis (Exit 9) to the Orleans-Eastham rotary ?
