Moved by Huisman second. by J F Riekena. that curbing and gutter
be put in a7_ong schoo]_ property on 4th street.
Councilman J E Riekena moved the adoption od 'Resolution
Ex_tendin�^ time for ^erformance of Cor_tract, for Improvement
of Streets and All eys in the Tom of Wellsburg , Iowa, by
Repairing and surfacing the same' Time to be extended to
commence on Nlay 20th 1951 and completed by June 10 1951,
seconded by councilman J T Riekena,
