City of Richmond, Indiana,
Thursday January 2nd,1930.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board, Thursday January
2nd, 1930, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said Board, Messrs,
McFail and Henley being present. -The following proceedings were
had, to-wit : -
The Board directed the Finance Department, to pay to Boyd & Cook
contractors for Southeast Storm Sewer under Improvement Resolution
No. 901-1929, the sum of w5, 293.66 on estimate of the City Civil
Engineer, estimate No. 2. ,
• The Board approved the various payrolls to January 1st, 1930.
Claims in amount of 411, 697. 51 as of date of December 31st, 1929
were allowed and ordered paid to clear the books for the year as
near as possible. - -
The Board then -adjourned.

The Boardcof Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana; met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday January 6th
1930, at 9 0 °clock A.M. All the members of said Board, Messrs,
• McFall and Henley being present, the following proceedings -were
had, to-wit :
The Board received copy of order of the Public Service Commission
of Indiana, approving the furnishing of electric current to the
Reid Memorial Hospital free of charge, as per resolution adopted
by the Co.,,mon Council and petitioned for by the Board of Public
Works, The Clerk was directed to forward to D. C. Hess, Sup 't. ,
of Light Plant together with a letter from the Board of Public
Works endorsing the order and resolution as aforesaid.
Claims in amount of 415,341.77 were approved.
The Board then adjourned,
