The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office. of. said Board Monday
December 30th, 1929, at 9 o a clock A. M. All the members of
said Board, Messrs, McFail and Henley being present, the
following proceedings were had, to-wit :

On account of weather conditions, the Board extend the time
for completion of contract of Boyd & Cook contractors for
Strom sewer in southeast part of city, under Improvement
klesolution No. 901-1929, to April 30th, 1930.
Claims in amount of 4;11, 108.85 were allowed & ordered paid.

The Board then adjourned,
