ing' _proceedings were had, to-wit :
The Board approved the contract & bond of Preston Bradshaw,
for the i'e.lioval of the g'arba e from the Crematory bins, for
the year endin December O, 1930.
The r7 _gyres Cons truc l;icn Co. , filed a claim against J . L. Tee-
garden & Company, for labor and materials furnished said
Teegarden contractor under Improvement Resolution No. ' 2-1 29.
in amount of 41342. 25.
Claims in amount of lO O.9 5 were allowed.
