ne Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board on Thursday Decem-
ber 5th, 1529, at 9 o °cluck A. L. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Lcioail and Henley bein present . The following proceedings
were had , to-wit :

I/ Complaints of Councilmen Berm and Schnieder, referred to Board at
last session of council, were referred to Street i epar'tmeiht.
The Board oil motion award the contract for removii.0 the garoage from
Crematory bins to Preston Bradshaw as per his bid received November
25 t,h, 1' 29, bond fixed at 4 500 . 00, contractto begin eC. 9, 1929.
for one year.
It having been shown to the satisfaction of the Board that Braadshaw

Resolution ic0. 905-1525, of 41. 22-4- per linear foot. The Board deem
it to thebest interests of every one concerned, to throw out all
bids received, and. i'ead-ver'tise for bids on same.
The Finance Dei artment was directed to ?cay Boyd. d_ Cook contractors
under Improvement Resolution lVo. 501-152 , Southeast Strom sewer, .
cb/o of work done to date 411, 35 .92 as per contract.
Claims in amount of 4Y1l, �`J'O.C?CJ were allowed,
Ulailii in amouuL of Wl1, J34.92 to Boyd. & Cook was allowed.
