Thursday No v e_aber 2lst, 1929.
• The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday November
21st, 1929, at J o 'clock A.M. All the members of said. Board,
Jlessr's, and Henley being present . The following proceed-
ings were had, to-wit : -
Permission was granted Clem Kehlenbrink to cut the curb at 246
Reeveston Place.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contract under
improvement Resolution No. 88l-l92S, for the improvement Of South
22nd Street, by constructing cement "sidewa.l :s, curb & gutter,
parkways, planting trees, extending water, gas and all like ser-
vice pipes in said street and paving the roadway with Rock-
Asphalt, from Reeveston Road to South "E" Street, the Board
accepted the same and order assessment roll prepared.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion Of contract
under improvement Resolution No. 886-l929 for the improvement
Dodge Street, from Southwest 1st Street to Whitewater Boulevard
and Southwest let Street, from Southwest "D" to "E" Street ,by
constructing cement curb, gutter 4 ft. sidewalks ' planting�
trees on both sides of streets ; grading and paving the roadway
with Rock Asphalt on said streets between the points named.
The Board accepted the same and ordered assessment roll pre-
pared.
�i lrlu ?U. iviuey was ordered to clean the mud off of sidewalks abut-
ing his property in South 5th Street, f rom "H" to " I" Street and
take measures to stop the soil from .washing onto said walks.
Complaint is made by Scott Edwards, that Lessrs, -Davis & moons
drivers of city garbage wagons, are hauling and feeding hogs

matter was referred to Health Department for investigation and
action on said complaint .
