City of Richmond, Indiana,
Thursday November 7th, 1929.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board, Thursday November
7th, 1929, at 9 o 'clock A. I. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, McFall and Henley being present . The following proceed-
ings were had, to-wit :
The Board approved the contract & bond of Boyd & Cook contract 1/ .

ors under Improvement Resolution No. 901-1929, for the construct-
ion of Storm Sewer in southeast part of city.
The Finance Department was directed to pay the amount retained
in addition to the 5i'0 under Improvement Resolution No. 060-1929
in amount of 4287.08, to hold the 57o as heretofore retained.
Fire Alarm coxes requested by Councilmen Benn and Fahising were
referred to Fire Chief.

Clerk directed to notify T.H. I .&• E. Traction Co. , to repair
Grant Street between their rails; also Sheridan Street.
• The Board authorize & direct the Sup 't of Light Plant to install
a light post system in Southwest 3rd Street, between West Main
Street and the National Road and Clerk directed to prepare a
resolution therefore, the posts to be assessed against abutting
property.
Claims in amount of $12,Ovl.83 were allowed. -1
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 90, 929
for the erection and installation of light posts and light postt
system of street lights, and Sup 't. , of iVI.E.L.& P.P. instructed
to install the same.
