City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday November i-th, 1929.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday November
4+th, 1929, at 9 o °clock A. M. All the members of said Board,Messrs,
McFall and Henley being present . The following proceedings were
had, to-wit :
I/ The Board approved contract with the General Electric Co. , for
furnishing the P.Pa Meters for the year ending December
1st, 1930.
The City Attorney was instructed to prepare a bill for an ordinance
for the issue of 425,000.00 000.00 worth of City bonds for the payment of
the construction of storm sewer in southeast part of City.
The Finance Department was directed to pay Pyle & Ridgeway contract-
ors under Improvement Resolution No. a f 2-1920, the 5% retained on
said work in amount of 1,058. 55.
Claims in amount of 43802.15 were allowed.
The Board approved the various payrolls for the month of October, 192,9
