City of Richmond, Indiana.,
Monday October 21st, 1929.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
regular session at the office of said Board Monday October 2lst, 1929,
at 9 o °clock A. M. All the members* of said Board, Messrs, McFail and
Henley being present. The ' folloWing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The Board received and accepted dedication signed by the property
II owners, for right of- way for mainrenance & construction of a sewer
over and across Lots 1, 2,3,& 4+, J.B.Dougans, Sub--Div. and over and
across Lots 12, 13, 14{-, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 20, in Anna B. Cohorst, Add. ,
between South 5th & 6th Street, from the present alley at South "I"
Street;thence south to Lot No. 20 A.B.Cohorst, Addition.
The Board adopted Improvement Resolution No. 905-1929, for the con-
struction of a Sanitary Sewer, running from the present sewer in
alley between South 5th & 6th Street at South " I" Street; thence
running south over and across private praperty_to Lot No. 20, Anna
B. Cohorst, Addition to the City of Richmond, Indiana..
The Board received notice of hearing before the Public Service Con-
mission in matter of rates of the Liberty Light & Power Co. , to be
held October 31st, 1929, at State House, Indianapolis, Ind. , referred
to City Attorney.
The Board direct the Richmond later Works Corp, to extend the 6"
water main in South 20th Street, , from present terminal to South"E""
Street, approximately 175 feet . Mr. Robert Commons, agreeing to pay
to the City 421.00, to cover the rental of said line for the period
of 2 years. . -
0laims in amount of 4,n20, 173. 73 were allowed.
