Thursday October 10th, 1929.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
regular session at the office of said Board Thursday October 10th,
1929, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board, Messrs,
McFail and Henley being present . The following proceedings were
had, to—wit :
Permission was granted Mrs. 0. H. Scott to cut the curb for drive—
way at 4416 South loth Street.

Various complaints from council pertaining to streets, were referred
to Street Commissioner, and request for arc lights at Southwest 3rd
between Main & National Road; Northwest 9th Street & Peacock ..oad;
and Pool and North 10th Street, were referred to Supet . , of Light
Plant for investigation & report.
The Clerk was directed to write the Packer Advertising Co. , and
request they re—locate the billboard at South "H" & 5th Street,
so as not to obstruct- the view of traffic on Liberty Ave. ,
Claims in amount of 6'13, 106.97 were allowed.
