AMENDMENT TO SALARY ORDINANCES
ORDINANCE NO. 1843
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE
NOS. 1776, 1816 AND 1833 RELATING TO THE SALARY OF
THE CONTRUCTION OFFICIAL/BUILDING SUBCODE/FIRE
SUBCODE OFFICIAL FOR THE YEARS 2019, 2020 AND 2021
WHEREAS, inadvertently, the salary of the Construction Official/Building Subcode/Fire
Subcode Official in the 2019 through 2021 salary ordinances did not include salary amounts
attributable to services provided by the Borough of Franklin Lakes to the Borough of Oakland;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Franklin Lakes, County of Bergen, and State of New Jersey, that the salary of the Construction
OfficialBuilding Subcode/Fire Subcode Official in Ordinance No. 1776 (for 2019), Ordinance
No. 1816 (for 2020) and Ordinance No. 1833 (for 2021) is hereby amended as follows:
