Monday September 23rd, 1929.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office ofIsaid Board Monday September
23rd, 1929, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said. Board, Messrs,
McFall and Henley being present, the following proceedings were
had, to-wit :

Permission was granted a Mr. Kahle to cut the curb at S.Eecorner .
of South llth & "G" Streets.
In consideration of the City payigg the assessment against their
respective property under Resolution No. 884-1929; the following
real estate owners deed and dedicate for streets purposes .feet
off of their properties as follows, to-wit
J. H. Runge, Lot No. 3, eremiah Cox's, Addition;
Chester C. Hudelson, Lot •No. 11, Jeremiah Cox 's, Addition
Agnes Stillinger, (Richmond Oil Co. ) Tract 568, Official Map, the
same were accepted by the Board.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contracts under
Improvement Resolution No 's, 874, 875 & 876-1928, W. L. Magaw, con-
tractor, for the improvement of South 15th; South 14th Streets,
from South "G" to "H" Street and South "G" Street , from South 13th
to 16th Street. On motion the same was accepted and assessment roll,
ordered prepared.
The Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for the construction
of the Storm.. Water Sewer in the Southeast part of the City, under
Improvement resolution No. 901-1929.
Claims in amount of $18, 356.52 were allowed.
Mr. McFail reported the sale of the old frame building at 632 South
5th Street, belonging to the City, to Arthur Thomas for the sum of
450.00, building to be removed from the lot . (house in S."G" Ste )
