Monday September 16th, 1929.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
$n regular session at the office of said Board, Monday September
16th, 1929, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said Board, Messrs,
McFall and Henley being present. The following proceedings were
had, to-wit :
The Board approved the plans for the construction of Storm Water
Sewer in the Southeast portion of the City.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll of Benefits & Damages
under Declaratory Resolution No. 239-1929, for acquiring right of
way for storm water sewer in southeast portion of the City through
Reeveston, Addition.
The Board approved the contract and- bond of D. G. Burkhardt, con-
tractor under Improvement Resolution No. 903-1929, for improvement
of the alley between South 9th & 10th Street by constructing a
cement roadway from South " I" to "J" Street .
The Board approved the contract & bond of Lee Ridgeway, contractor
under Improvement Resolution No. 904-1929, for the improvement of
South " I" Street, by constructing 5ft . cement sidewalks on both
sides of street, from South 5th to 6th Street. -
The Board approved the various payrolls to September 16th, 1929.
Claims in amount of §2906.04 were allowed.
. On account of Annual Meeting of the Indiana Municipal League, to be
held at Washington, Indiana, Sep. 15-19 & 20, 1929, the Board on
motion decide not to hold meeting of the Board Sep. 19, 1929. •
The Board then adjourned,
