Credit Card Policy
For those employees that have been given a credit card issued to the Town of Gulf Stream,
the following policy shall be followed. Only the person whose name appears on the card is
authorized to use the credit card. At no time will this card be given to anyone else to use.
Only the following types of purchases are allowable:
1. Routine Town business such as cleaning and office supplies and parts.
2. Budgeted items.
3. Other items pre -authorized by the Town Manager.
Any questions about this policy should be directed to the Town Manager.
