The Town will not be responsible for damages to private property
caused by a tree on the public right-of-way falling on private
property as a result of an act of God. The Town will be responsible
to remove the fallen tree.
This policy was adopted by the Town Commission at the Regular
Commission Meeting held on July 14, 2006.
