The following policy is established to control the placement of
garbage and trash and prevent an unsightly condition along the
roadways in the Town of Gulf Stream.
Household garbage and trash shall be kept in a location
that is not visible from the roadway until the day prior
to the scheduled collection day.
Vegetative material shll not be containerized and shall
be removed within one week from the time it is placed
for collection.
At no time shall anything be placed in the roadway.
