The Boare. of Puolic Works of the City of Richmond, in_aiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday April 18th

A number of property owners owning property along Fort Wayne Ave.

street being improved, and investigate. -
Pei-mission was granted K. R. R. ,+right to cut the curb on :National a1_
Road at .lot 2 & J. Larlham Hghts, Add.
A petition for -ce_1e '-t ouYb, ,0utter,pa,ving & planting trees on south
side of National Road, f_roz. west line of E rlhaai Cemetery to East
Haven Ave . , was received & referred to Engineer for plans.

The Clerk reported Council had passed ordinance ordering the improve-
of South "H Street, by cement carp &: -gutter Toth sines ft-cm South
5th to 8th Street and paving roadway from South 5th to Lth St-rest,
The Board ordered the specifications amended_ to conform to the ordi-
nance, oy striking. out the paving from oth to 8th Street ; also by
striking out the planting of trees from 5th to 8th Street, and clerk
ordered to advertise for JiaS for said improvement ement as atii..nded.
Tile Clerk was directed to `;ive the Ci I.y 's order for five (5) City
Directories at 410 . 00 each.
The n!.E, L.d P.P. was directed to file a pebi tion with the Puolic
Service Coct-miS'o ion of Indiana, reducing the cost of street light-
ing from 4 to 2-1 ,j, as of date of April 1st, 1929.
The Board aboro-c sd the various payrolls to April l6th, 1929 . .
Claixis in amount of 49755. 52 were allowed.
The Board issue statement- of termination of bond -;i.ven by Geo. Kircilet
in i rv. 1926, as said Lxea.i<i rcner, has been awarded new contract
and ii en Joan for year ending Dec. 1st, 1j73.
The Board then adjourned,
