The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana., met
in regular session at the office of said. Board Monday A-cr'il 15th
1925, at 9 o ' clock A. All the members .of said Board, Messrs,

Reid, McFall and Henley being present , the following (iroceedings
were had, to-wit : - 7
II Permission was ;ranted R. H. Jones to cut the curt on north side e of
South " I" Street at Cleaver ' s, Out- 'Lots r`j.
The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 232-1 2
. to open and extend the alley between South 12th & 13th Street, from
the south terminal of the present alley to north side of South " I"
Street .

The Clerk was inst_ucted to request Otto Heins to mebt with the Board
at their next regular meeting Thursday April 18th, 1929.

Telegraph Co. , to move the pole from the Northwest corner of East
Haven _Avenue and the National Road. .
The Clerk was directed to forward to Garfield Dixon, a counication
received from W. Curtis in matter "of moving building from Street in
Lot !r 3, Parry 's, Addition. . .
Claims in a ;cunt, of 10 5. J5 were allowed.
