All the members of said Board, hess\rs, Reid, iioFail and Henley being present . The following proceedings were � , lead, to-wit : t, . The Board met to hear all persons interested, or whose property is affected under Improvement Resolution No. 8$9-1929, for the improve- ment of North "H" Street, by constructing cement sidewalks 5 ' wide on oo ;h siC_es of street, from North 12th to 14th Street . After hea.rin all persons interested who appeared no one remonstrating. The Board decide that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon take action on said resolution,h, the same being confirmed without modification. The Board met to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected under Improvement Resolution No. 890-1 2 j, for the improve- ment of the alley between South llth & 12th Street, by constructing ceent roadway, from South "Htt to " Tit St r eet .No one appearing or re- monstrating, the Board decide that the oenef its to the property liabI to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the cost of same as reported by the city civil engineer, and thereupon take c�:,G ].i•on on said resolution, the same being confirmed without modification. Tne Board met to hear -all persons interested or whose property is affected under Improvement Resolution No. 591-1929, for the improve -tent of the alley between South 15th & 16th Street, by constructing a cement roadway the full width thereof, ..from South "E" to "H" Str'edt No one remonstrating, the Board decide that the benefits to the prop- erty liable to be assessed for said improvement are ecua.l to the cost. of same as reported by the city civil engineer and thereo on - take action on said resolution, the some being confirmed without mo<!if- ication. -The Board met to hear all persons interested Or whose property is -affected under Improvement Resolution No. 892-1929, for the improve :,!ent of Northwest 6th Street, by constructing 5 ' sidewalks, cement �e Curb & gutter on ooih sines thereof, from Pearl Street to the Pea- cock Road. After hearing all persons interested who appeared, no re,lionstrance having been filed. The Board decide that the benefits to 'the property liable to be assessed for said improvements are eq- ual to the cost of same and thereupon take action on said resolution, the same being confirmed without modification. The Board met to hear remonstrances if any of persons interested or whose property is affected under Declaratory Resolution No. 230-1 29 for opeiain a portion of Northwest 6th Street, from 1st alley south of Pearl -Street south to West .lain Street . No one appearing or remon- strating, the Board confirm said resolution, and now direct that a list or roll of all property owners 'and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken ne prepared, whica_ list or roll shall also ' azas describe the property injuriously affected.
