The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
regular session at the office of said Board Thursday April -1-th, 1929,
at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board, Messrs, Reid,
McFail and Henley being present. The follo�r�ing proceedings were
,� had, to-wit :

A Petition signed by W. B. Fisher et-al, for extension of water mains
in National Road, from Easthaven Avenue west to corporation linits
was received and referred to Richmond Water Works Corporation.
The Board approved the contract & bond of J. L. Teegarden Co. , contract-
ors under Improvement Resol,ttion No. 888-1929.
a The -Board approved a finl assessment roll under Improvement Resolu-
tion , "Light Post System" in Richmond Ave. North 3rd Street ; ration-
al Road west ; North "D" North "E" North "A" West Main; West 7th;
South"A" ; South 5th; North 9th; South Sth Streets; 13th, 14th, 15th,
and 16th Streets, from South"A" to North "A" Street ; South 17th &
18th Streets, from Main to South " A" Street ; and South 22nd Street
from South "B" Street to Reeveston Road. No one appearin7 or object-
ing, the Board approved a final assessment roll_ confirminn� the origin-
al assessment roll as heretofore approved and now direct the same be
forthwith transmitted to the Department of Finance.
The Clerk was directed to notify J. L. Teegarden Co. , to repair the
curb & gutter in School Street recently constructed by them, i-hich
is sunken.
Claims in amount of ° 16,204. 66 were allowed.

The Board approved the avrious payrolls to April 1st, 1929.
The Board then adjourned,
