- Thursday March 25th, 1929.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday March 28th
1929, at 9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of said Board, Messrs,
Reid, McFall and Henley being present . The following proceedings
were had, to--Tit :
Permission was granted Wm. Lohman, to cut the curb & construct a
driveway T Lot -14, C. H. Cofi ins, 5th Add: on South".HH11 between South
12th & 13th Streets.

On motion of Mr. Henley, the board rescind all former action taken
under -Declaratory Resolution I\To. 201-1926.
• The Board directed the Department of finance to pay the 5% due
$303 5 H. A. Mariani, contractor under Improvement Resolution
No. 847 1927.
The Board directed the Department of Finance to D` y the 50 due
$45. 47, D. G.. B=khardt, contractor Improvement Resolution No. Z:58-1928
The Board approved a plat consisting of 11 city lots numbered from
1 to 11 both inclusive, to be known as Beverly Place, South 20th
Street from "A" to IIBII Street & corporation strip dedicated to the
puelic use.
The Board appointed Russell Stewart & Harry B. Robinson, as members
of City Fire Department .
The. Board received bids for improvement of Hilda Street, by con-
structing cement sidewalk, C. & G. on both sides of street, from
East Haven .Ave. to rest terminal of street , under Improvement
. Resolution No. 888-1929, as follows, to-wit :

awarded to J. L. Teegarden Co. ,
The appraisers Messrs, Garfield Dixon, Ben Berman and Harry E.
Holzapfel, abnointed by the Judge of ;Bayne Circuit Court , to ap—
praise the 450 H. P. Hamilton Corliss En,c.ine, reported. they fix
