The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana., met •
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday January 14th
1929, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said' Board, Messrs,
Reid, McFall & Henley being present . The following proceedings
were had, to-wit : Minutes of preceeding meeting approved without
reading.
The Board met to hear remonstrances, if any of persons whose prop-
, arty is primarily assessed under Improvement Resolution No. 849-1928
providing for the construction of the Clear Creek Trunk and Later-
. al sewers, (for territory assessed see resolution) After hearing
all persons who appeared, the Board approved a final assessment
roll confirming the original assessment roll as heretofore approved
and now direct the same be forthwith transmitted to the Depart-
ment of Finance.
The Board granted permission to B. F.Harris,Jr. , to cut the curb
for cement driveway at 300 Richmond Avenue.
The Board approved contract with General Electric Co. , through
the Wiley Electric Company, for incandecent Mazda lamps .
The Board approved the sale, of old buildings & sheds known as
the Williams property acquired by the city in opening of- South
12th Street on Lot No. 29, Parry 's, Sub-Division. to George
Dixon for sum of $62. 50.
