The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
regular session at the office of said Board Thursday December 27th
1928, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board, Messrs,
Reid, McFail and Henley being present, the following proceedings
were had, to-wit :
IIThe Board met to hear remonstrances if any, of persons interested
or whose property is affected under Declaratory Resolution No. 227-
1928, providing for the vacation of a portion of the alley first
west of South 7th Street, running from South "J" Street, north to
a point opposite the south property line of land owned by the
• Indianapolis Glove Co. , No one appearing or remonstrating, the
Board confirm said resolution, and now order a list or roll pre-
pared of all property owners and of valuable interests therein,
sought to be taken, which list or roll shall also describe the
property injuriously affected.
The Board on motion granted the Citizens Mutual Insurance Company
the privilege of using the City Council Chamber on the night of
Jenuary 16th, 1929, for stock-holders meeting of said company.
