City of Richmond, Indiana,
Thursday December 13th, 1928.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday December
13th, 1928, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members -of said Board
being present . The following proceedings were had, to—wit :
Permission was granted Elden H. Wilson, to cut the curb on the
north side of North " F" Street at Lot -#rl, A. Moffitts, Add. &
Lot #1, D.W.Marmans, Add.

The Board allowed J.F.Hipskin 1670. 70, being 85% of work as
finished on the Clear Creek , 'tfa:ll sewer & disposal plant .
City Engineer, D. B. Lavis, sported regarding a talk with
Thos. Ryan, concerning getti; g permission to take up the present
fence along the east side of, South 9th Street at C.& O.R.R. and
after making the necessary f 11, the city is to put up a. new
fence at the foot of the slo''; e, at the city 's expense, and then
a street widening project tl/ ta.ke care of the ground taken
- The Board order a 6" water main be laid from West Main Street
to Peacock Road via Charles Avenue and Highland Avenue, this
order subject to property -owners along said avenues, signing
- up contracts with water corporation to take water.
The Board then adjourned,
