The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday November 8th, 1928, at 9 o ' clock A. .. All the members of said Board, Messrs, Reid, McFeil and Henley being present . The following pro- ceedings were had, to-wit : The Board met to hear all persons whose property is primarily as- sessed under Improvement Resolution No. 8G3-l928, for the improve- ment of Ridge Street, by constructing cementsidewalks,t 'lzCtlil�; Slue �.a "S, curb, Qut- ters, planting trees and reinforced concrete roadway, from Stevens Street t t' corporation fl r - e �r the �C North 11:.E, No remonstrance 0..11_:� filed, t, Board approved a final assessment roll, confirming 'the original assessment roll as heretofore approved and non direct the same be forthwith transmitted to the Department of Finance. The Board approved a. primary assessment roll under Improvement Resolution No. 85G-l92 , for the improvement of School Street , by grading, & Constructing cement sidewalks, curb, gutters and plant- - in; trees, on both sides from Sheridan to West 5th Street . The Board approved a primary assessment rol Improvement Resolution No. 860-1928, for sewer in territory: north of School Street to corporation line and between west side of Harris Street and the G._R. & I . Railroad. The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 8S2-1928 for improvement of South 1Hl Street, by constructing cement Slde- walks, curb, g t t e rs,pla d i n_-" trees andoavin with a bituminous mixed surface treated macadam roadway, together with. necessary drainage structures, from South 5th to 8th Street . The Board directed the Clerk to =eouest H. T. Pilgrim to meet with them at their .next meeting.
