Thursday October 25th, 1928.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday October
25th, 1928, at 9.50 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Reid, McFail and Henley bein present . The following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
In matter of Iran r over ant Resolutions No. 875-1928 and 8 6-1 28.
for 1Thich bids had been received October l8th, 1928. en error
having been made in matter of r emoving dirt to South 9th Street
bridge, the Board reject all bids heretofore received, and direct
that new nronosals be advertised for to be received November 8th
1928.

The Board direct Richmond Water Works Coroor2.tion to lay a g
water main in West Avenue, from National Road north to north end
of Lot 'f' 16, F. M. Price ' s, Addition.
The Board aporoved a primary "assessment roll in matter of Open- -
ing and widening West Avenue to a. width of 50 feet, from Nation-
al Road to proOosed Southwest "B" Street and the onening of South-
west RB" Street, from East Haven to Gilbert Avenue, as provided
for under Declaratory Resolution No. 223-1928, and fix November
15th aa.s a date of remonstrance against assessment of benefits &
damages awarded.
The Board rireoted the Clerk to reouest Messrs, Arthum Thomas
and Garfield Dixon to meet with them at next regular meetin
of Board Monday October 29th, 1928:
