The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board, Monday October 22nd 1928 , at-9 o 'clock A. ii. All the members of said Board, Messrs, Reid, MoFail and Henley being present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit : • The Board approved Primary assessment roll, for the improvement of Ridge Street, by, ce.nent sidewalks, curb & ,•utter and paving roadway with reinforced concrete, from Stevens Street to the F North corporation limits. The Board upon :notion, by the consent of the low bidder under Improvement Resolution No. g75-1928, for the imnrovement of South ' 14th Street, from South "G" to "H" Street ; also, under Improvement Resolution? No. 876-1928, for the improvement of South "F" Street from Southl3th to loth Street, continue the date for awarding the contracts on said improvements to November 22nd, 1928, in order to determine as to whether the city requires the- earth for fill at north end of South 9th Street bridge. The Board received bids for One motor driven 750 gallon Triple combination pu:_:ping en=;ine for use of fire department together with equipment specified by Fire Chief, and taking in, in part payment the Two motbr driven Model"D" Brockway Combination Chemi- • cal and Hose wagons as follows, to-wit : "Boyer Fire Apparatus Co . , Logansport, Ind. , bid; net 10, 300. 0C 750 gal. pu:ciper $11, 500.00 less $1200.00 allowance for old wagons. Railroad, Columbus, Ohio, and request their representative to meet with the Board, in an effort to have the high banks of earth removed in School Street at the crossing of G.R.& I .
