The meeting was called to order at 7 : 15 P. M . by the Moderator, Stephen L . Doyle . The Tellers were Dorothy A . Grenier, June F . Gallant , Doris W. Powell , and Edwin J . Blease . To see if the Town will vote to direct and /or authorize the Board of Selectmen , the Conservation Commission , and the Water Commis- sioner's to place the Punkhorn Parklands , as shown on a plan entitled "Sketch showing the Punkhorn Parklands , Special Town Meeting , May 8 , 1989 , prepared for the Land Acquisition Committee , Town of Brewster , Massachusetts , sketch dated 9 February 1987 , revised March 13 , 1989 , Scale 1 " = 400 ', Nickerson and Berger, Inc.
