Monday July 23rd, 1928.
The Board Of Pui1i c Works of the City of Richmond; Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board, Monday
July - 23rd, 1928- et 9 o 'clock A. I. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, acid, 1+' cFail and Henley being present . The
following proceedings were had, to-wit :
•
The Board revoke the -permission heretofore given the Great
States
Corporation,

S gates Corporation, to erect a �e:il ore.ry building; in South 8th
Street,. between South " 0" & "P" Street. -
The Board unanimously - adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 225--
192, providin}=; - for, the vacation of the alley between the
C. & 0. Railroad and Lots numbered 94 to 102 both inclusive
Beallview Addition, from South "P" Street to South nth Street .
• •The Sup 't . , of Li,^ht Plant was ' dir'ected to remove the pole
from in front of the Adam H. Bartel Co ' s. , buildings in North.
" E" Street, to North 10th Street , and provide place for fire
alarm box, under the supervision of Fire Chief, Also, to re-
locate the guy wire runiing to pole on north side of North" E"
Street east of 20th Street , to prevent the same from ruining

Claims in amount of $17, 62. 93 were allowed.
