Monday June 25th, 1928.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday June 25th,
1928, at 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs, McFall and Henley present, Mr.
Reid absent . Two members of said Board being present . The follow-
ing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contract under
Improve(.ient Resolution No . 81-3-1927, for the improvement of Hunt
Street, . from School Street to north corporation line of city.
The Board accepted the same and approved a primary assessment
roll.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contract under
Improvement Resolution No. 861-1928, for cement roadway in alley
between South 9th & 10th Street, from Sout "A" Street north to
1st alley south of Main Street . The Board accepted the same and
approved primary assessment roll.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 867-1928
for improvement of 1st alley south of West Main Street, by con-
structing cement roadway from Southwest 1I-th to 5th Street .
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No . 868-1928
for improvement of alley between Southwest 4th & 5th Street, by
constructing cement roadway from fist alley south of West Main to
1st alley north of National Road.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No.869-1928,
for improvement of let alley north of National Road, by construct-
ing cement roadway from Southwest 4th to 5th Street .
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No.870-1928,
for the improvement of Northwest 3rd Street, by constructing ce-
ment curb o_ gutter on_ both sides of street, from Randolph Street
to Richmond Avenue.
The Board order two new garbage tanks to be built by James Slick
at price of ' 80.00 each.
The Board approved agreement by former Sup 't . , of Parks J .I..Fulle
and Walter Hawekotte for Star Piano Co. , as of date of May 24-1928,
