The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday June
llth, 1928, at. 9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Reid, McFail and Henley being present . The following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
The Board directed the Finance Department to pay the 5% reserve
retained to Daniel G. Burkhardt, contractor under improvement
resolutions named, to-wit :
Improvement Resolution No. 8c2-1927--- amount y 46.42
Improvement Resolution No. 831-1927--- •
The Board approved the contract and bonds of E . A. Ma.riani & Co. ,
unftractor under Improvement Resolution No. 859-1920; 860-1928;
and 862-1928,
The Board received bids as per advertisement for "Light Posts
and t+ qui pment" for post lighting system as follows, to-wit :
1. 97, 000 ' 7500 volt #8 single conductor Parkway Cable; •
2. 681 ' twin conductor #8 lead covered 10, 000 volt cable;
410, 000 ' 600- volt #3 single conductor rubber covered wire;
. 275 Safety Coils 6. 6 ampere to 20 ampere.
5. 275 ornamental lighting standards;
6. 275 Street Lighting Ornamental Units complete less lamps ;
7. One Station Type Constant Current Transformer with switching
panel - 50 I<_,'w. 6. 6 amp.
