The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
May l'4-th, 1928, et 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of saict
Board Messrs, Reid, McFail and Henley being /resent. The fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
Whereas, the gasoline and oil curb pump, having been removed
from No. 30 North 7th Street, the Clerk was directed to sign
release of bond given by L. N. Cox in sum of $500.00 with
U. S. Fidelity & Guarantee Co. , as surety.
The Board approved the contract afd bond of Jas. S. Logan
contractor for painting of No ' s. 3 & 4 Hose houses and the
dwelling house at Starr Park.
The Board then adjourned,
