Monday April 23rd, 1928...
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday April 23rd,
1928, at 9 ooclock A. M. All the members of said Board Messrs,
Heid, McFail and Henley, being present. The following proceedings
were had, to-wit :
Permission was granted Elden H. Wilson, to cut the curb on north
side of North "F" Street, between 14th & 15th Streets.
Permission was granted Fred Taggart to cut the curb on east side
of North 21st Street, Lot 69, Grand Boulevard, Addition.
The approved the contract & bond of W. L. Magaw, contractor under
Improgement Resolution No; 850-1928, for the improvement of South
' 9th Street, from South "A" Street north to .lst alley south of
Main Street.
A petition wa.s presented for a water main in Laird Street from
Harris Street, west, referred to petitioners & Water Corporation.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No.. 862-1928
for the construction of a Sanitary Sewer in the alley between
Ratliff & Ridge Street, from Stevens Street to north corporation
limits of the City.
The Clerk was directed to file statement for pa.ytent of the im-
provement assessments -outstanding against lots in Bneton Hghts.
Addition, condemned in widening of School Street, from Sheridan
Street to G.R.& I. Railroad, to be paid in full by the City.
The Board then adjourned,
