Monday April 16th, 1928.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in_ regular session at the office of said Board Monday April 16th
1920, at 9 o 'clock A.M. ' All the :iembers of said Board, ifiessrs,
Reid, McFail and Henley, being present . The following proceedings
were_ had, to-wit :-
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No®8.61-192P1,
I/
for the improvement of the alley between South 9th & 10th Street ,
by constructing cement roadway the full width thereof, from
South 11 I I Street,, a- '- to1.
South A Street, north the let alley running east &. west
1st south of Main Street.
The Board granted permission to John M. E �•gemeyer, to repair
the cement sidewalk at 1017 Main Street in several places.
The Board granted permission to the Elks Club to repair cement
sidewalk in front of the Elks Home, on west side of North 8th
Street .
The Board approved the blue print submitted by the C. 8, 0. Ry. ,
Co . , for a. new bridge crossing their track at South 9th Street,
and order the clerk to nail one set as approved to Mr. Derby-
shire, Sup 't . , of said railroad.
The Board approved_ the various payrolls to April 16, 192g.
Claims in amount of 7946.0c were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
