South "A" - Street to- lst alley south of Main Street, by construction of a new curb against the present sidewalk, and' grading & paving the space between the edge of the present pavement and the new curb with one of the following kinds of modern city pavements, to-wit : Rock Asphalt, Sheet Asphalt , Asphaltic Concrete and Bituminous Irla.cadam, as follows " W. M. All the members of said Board Messrs, Reid, Mci+ail and Henley being present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit : _ Permission was granted Harry C. Doan to cut the curb in South 21st Street at Lots l94-195 Reeveston Addition, Permission was granted Wm. Wessel to cut the curb at 420 South 21st Street. • Permission was granted John Althaus to cut curb at 428 North- west 5th Street . The Board received petition for sewer in the alley between Ridge & Boyer Streets, from Stevens Street to Williamsburg Pike. referred to engineer' for plans . , The Board purchase from H. D. Zuttermeister the N.W.pa.rt of Lot 3, Sturgis, Add. for sum of 0.06.00, for purpose of widen- ing alley at this -ooint.
