Monday March 19th, 1928.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday March 19th
1928, at 9 o ! clock A. M. All the members of said Board,Messrs, Reid,
McFail and Henley being present. The following proceedings were
had, to-wit :
The Board granted permission_ to Aaron Miller & S.W.W.Moore to cut
the curb at Lot 6, L. Peacocks, Sub-Division.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 856-1928,
for�the imp rove lent of School Street, by constru cting cement aura,
gutter & 6 sidewalk on both sides of st-reet-, grading and paving
the roadway with re-inforced concrete, where street is not- already
paved, and constructing 20" sewer pipe in said street to take care
of future sewers; also the planting of trees on both- sides of street
• from Sheridan Street to West 5th Street , in the City of Richmond,
Indiana .
The Board approved the various payrolls to March 16th, 1928.
Claims in amount of ti 2674. 7-t- were allowed . -
Nunc-protunc . March 8th, 1928 . Mr. Reid, President of Board of
Public Works, desired that a. record be made to the effect, that he
was not in favor of the agreement as signed in matter of ground
to be used by the Reid Memorial Hospital and owned by the City, but
had signed the same, at the request of the large majority of the
members of the Common Council.
