Thursday March 15th, 1928.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday March
15th, 1920, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Reid,; McFail and Henley being present . The following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
The Board met to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected under Improvement Resolution No. 852-1928, providing
for the improvement of North 12th- Street, by constructing cement
sidewalks, curb & gutter on both sides 'of street, except where
same is already constructed and in good condition, from North"E"
to "J" Street. After hearing all persons interested who .appeared
and no one remonstrating. The Board decide that the benefits to
property liable. to be assessed for said improvements are equal
to the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and
thereupon take action on said resolution, the same being con-
firmed without modification.
The . Board met to hear all persons interested or 1Thraose property

improvement of the alley between Southwest 4th & 5th Street,- by
constructing a cement roadway the full width thereof, from South-
west "0" to "D" Street. After hearing all persons interested who.
appeared and no remonstrating. The Board decide that the benefits
to the property liable to be assessed for said improvements are
equal to the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer •
and thereupon take .action on said resolution. The same being con-
firmed without modification.
The Board met to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons interested
or whose property is affected under Improvement Resolution No.
85' -1928, for the improvement of the alley 1st north of Mai, St,
by constructing a cement roadway the full width thereof, - from
North 17th to 18th Street. No one remonstrating against said im-
provement . The Board decides that the benefits to the property
liable to be assessed for, said improvements are equal to the cost
of same as reported•by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon take
action on said resolution. The same being confirmed without modi-
fication.
The Board met to hear remonstrances, if any of persons - interested
or whose property is affected under Improvement Resolution cNo.
855-1928, providing for the improvement of the alley between
Southwest 4th & 5th Southwest Street, by constructing cement roadway the

all width thereof, from �outhest D �o E Street . No one ap-
pearing or remonstrating, the Board decide that the benefits to
the property -liable to be assessed for kkmxmmx±xmf said improve-
ments are equal to the cost thereof as reported by the City Civil -
Engineer, and thereupon take action on said resolution, the same
being confirmed without modification.
The Board adjourned, to go into closed session with Mr. Geo.J.
Derbyshire Sup ' t . C.&O.R.R. in matter of South 9th St. bridge.
The Board then adjourned,
