Thursday February 2nd, 1928.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board, Thursday Febru-
ary 2nd, 1928, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All .the members of said Board
Messrs, Reid, McFall and Henley, being present . The following
proceedings were had, to-wit :

The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract
under Improvement Resolution No:. 847-1927, for sewer in alley
between Hunt & Harris Street, from School Street north to north
corporation line of city. same was accepted and assessment roll
ordered prepared.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No.848-1928
providing for what is known as the Ou.t-Fall Sewer and Pumphg
Station for Clear Creek sewer system. (See resolution) est .$62, 201.00
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No., 49-1928
providing for the construction of what is known as the Clear -
creek Trunk and Lateral Sewer System. (See. resolution) est .p91, 724.00
The Board held a conference with Dr. Geo. Ferling, in matter of .
widening of South" A" Street -at his property on. south side of
. said "A" Street running from South 6th Street east, after some
discussion of the .matter the Board agree to look over .the site •
of said widening at 11 A. M.
The Board approved the various payrolls to Feb . 1, 1928. .
Claims in amount of $25, 927.38 were allowed.
