City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday January 16th, I1928. .
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana., met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday January 16th
1928, at 9 o ' clock A. M, All the members of said Board Messrs, Reid,
McFail and Henley being present . The following proceedings were
had, to-wit :
111 The Board of Public Works, accepted the resignation of 011ie Staub
• as a member of City Fire Department .
J . E. Hies, Building Inspector submitted-annual report for the
year 1927, the same was accepted and ordered placed on file.
The Clerk was directed to notify Contractors, to place trees on
various streets according to their respective contracts .
The Board unanimously amended Declaratory Resolution No. 220-1928,
adding additional territory to- be condemned for right-of-way for
sewer north of Peacock Road and west of Northwest 10th Street, and
ordered the Clerk to advertise for date of hearing on said resolution
• as amended_
The Board approved the various payrolls to January 16th, 1328. •
-Claims in amount of P0, 308..25 mere allowed.

The Board then adjourned,
