Thursday January 12th, 1928.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday January

12th, 19��, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Reid, McFall and Henley being present . The following pr""o-
ceedings were had, to-wit :
The Board accept dedication by The Jos . H. Hill Co . , granting
right-of-way to construct and maintain a seWer over and across •
property owned by them, being a part of the S.W. Section 31, •
Tp . 14, Range. 1, West, beginning on east line' of Henry Delcamps 111.
. Addition in the center of public alley, said point being 189 ft .
north of the Peacock Road; thence eact a distance of 320 feet,
said right of way being 18 feet in width.
The Board accept dedication By Henry R. Robinson, granting right
to construct and maintain a sewer over a portion of property
owned by him, being a part of N.F. part of Sec, Tp. 13 , Rnge . 2,
West. beginning at a point on east line of Sec. 1, Twp . 13, Rage. •
2, "est in center line of Florence Street ; thence north along
said Section line to south line of National Road west . ,
The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 220-1928
to cendem a right of way to construct and maintain a sewer,
beginning at a.: point in center of Peacock Road 25 ' east of west ±±Xxx
line of Sec. 31, Twp.14, Huge. 1, West th.,nce north and paral-
lel with and 25 ' east therefrom a distance of 380 feet ; thence
east at right angle With the aforesaid line 25 'f eet . said right
of way to be 20 feet in width.
Whereas, the cement curb & gutter on north side of National Road
just west of City Corporation limits . The Clerk was directed to -
notify the State Highway Commission of the condition, and re-
questing a conference with said COmzliSSi0n, to confer on this
matter as part of curb & gutter is in the City for making -joint
repairs.
The Board then adjourned,
