The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday December
15th, 1927, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board, Messrs,
Reid, McFail and Henley being present . The following proceedings
were had, to-wit :
The Board met to hear remonstrances if any of persons interested
, under Declaratory Resolution No. 217-1927, for appropriation and
condemnation of right of way for sewer out-side the city and south
of National Road west of West llth Street . On motion the hearing
was continued to Monday December 19th, 1927.
Permission was granted to Mrs. 0. M. Scott to cut the curb for
driveway in west side of South 20th Street at Lot 148, Reeveston, Add..
The Board sell the old steam road roller, to W. L; Magaw for the
sum of $500.00.
The Board order notice served on property owner at 301 Kinsey St .
to remove the dead tree from in front of said property.
The Board unanimously approved a letter drafted by Mr. Reid, to be
sent to Mr. Geo. J. Derbyshire, Gen. Sup 't. , C. & O.Ry. Co. , in
answer to letter received by Mr. Reid Dec. 12, 1927, in matter of
South 9th Street bridge.
