The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indians, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday October
20th, 1927, at 9 o ' clock A. M. All . the members of said Board,
Messrs, Reid, McFail and Henley being present . The following .
proceedings were had, to-wit :
Permission was granted. Yost-Heard Development Co. , to cut the
curb for driveway at 903 Sheridan Street .
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contracts
as follows, to-wit :
Ieiprove.iient Resolution No . 840-1.927, for cement roadway in the
alley between Crosshall & Boyer Street , from Grant to School
Street .
Improvement Resolution No . 846-1927, for cement roadway in the
alley 1st north of Linden Avenue, from Ridge to 1st alley west
of Hunt Street . The same were accepted and assessment rolls
ordered prepared.
The Board received bids under Improvement Resolution: No. 47-
1927, for construction of sanitary sewer in the alley between
Hunt & Harris Street, from School Street to north cornor2tion
limite of City, as follows to-wit :

Sewer complete -- y3 .94 per lin-ft .
1° John 7. Hipskind, hid;
Sewer complete per lin-ft .
The bid of E.A. iar•iani, being the lowest received and under
the estimate of engineer, the
contract was so awarded.
The Board received bids for (2) Auto_=iobiles, Coa.ch type body,
extra tire, sae as with car, goodspotlight, balance equipment
re`ular, for the use of Police Department as follows , (and trade
in for old Dodge touring ca-r) as follows, to-wit :
