All the memoera of. said Board, Messrs, Reid, McFall and Henley being present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit : Minutes of preceeding meeting were approved without reading. The ten day period for petitioning of materials to .be used for paving i • roadway in Hunt Street , having expired and no petition other than material as recommended by the Board under Improvement Resolution No. 843-1927, for improvement of Hunt Street, by constructing cement sidewalks 51 wide, curb & gutter on both sides and paving the roadway from School Street to the north corporation. limits of City. No remonstrance. havin been filed the Board decides that the benefits to. the property liable to be as- sessed for said improvement is equal to the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer and thereupon take action on said resolu- tion the same being confirmed without modification. The City Civil Engineer reported 'the completion of contract under Improvement Resolution No. 820-1927, for the improvement of Boyer Street, by constructing cement sidewalk 51 wide, curb & gutter on both sides of said street and grading & paving the roadway with gravel and tar treated macadam, from School to Stevens Street, same was ac- . cepted and assessment roll ordered. The Board direct the Clerk to notify the Common Council, that they favored revising the present "Building Code" . - • i, The Metropolitan Police Commissioners submitted specifications for two automobiles for use of Police Department , the Board decide to re- quest a meeting with council as to their attitude on making additional appropriation therefore, befdre advertising for bids.
